Ma'rafsh Leih (Arabic: معرفش ليه‎ English: I Don't Know Why) is the 13th studio album by Lebanese recording artist Nawal Al Zoghbi. The album marks her first collaboration with prominent record company Melody Music. It was released digitally on iTunes on the evening of January 31, 2011 and peaked at #1 Top World Albums on iTunes [1]

For the album, Nawal continues to deliver a variety of musical genres similar to the form of her best selling albums Yama Alou and Einek Kaddabeen. The album's lead single, "Mona Einah," received positive reviews from critics. Music experts favored most of the album's tracks and praised its original artwork.

Ma'rafsh Leih debuted atop several Arabic album charts and early estimations for its sale state that its first week sales were almost 200,000 copies. It currently occupies the number-one slots in Virgin Megastore Physical Albums Chart in Lebanon and Egypt. Maa'rafsh Leih is considered one of Zoghbi's most successful in the recent decade, with several chart successes including the hit single "Alf w Meyye" that topped several pan-Arab charts.
